Hi, I’m Matthew Arcuri.
I’m a people-first marketer with a background in HR, a passion for storytelling, and a deep love for bringing creative ideas to life through collaboration. I recently completed my Master of Marketing at Vanderbilt University, where I spent the past year honing not just what I want to do, but where I thrive.
Before marketing, I worked in HR, where I built teams, supported growth, and loved being the face of the brand during hiring events. But over time, I realized I wanted to be closer to the work itself. I didn’t just want to support great ideas, I wanted to help shape them.
At Vanderbilt, I leaned in. I wrote email campaigns seen by tens of thousands of people, led content strategy projects, and helped define product messaging in the podcast tech space during my internship at Headliner. I also spent time actively connecting with professionals across the industry, learning firsthand from those in roles I admired.
Now, I’m excited to bring that clarity, energy, and focus into a role at a marketing or advertising firm where I can contribute meaningfully, collaborate across teams, and grow quickly.
